Packing records identify Monarch BioLabs, the research-order number, material description, quantity, and applicable lot. Packages are labeled for research use only.
For damaged or incorrect orders, contact support within 7 calendar days of delivery. For missing shipments, report the claim within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s expected delivery date. Orders not delivered within 14 business days of the ship date may qualify for review. Retain all packaging and provide the order number, tracking information, and photographs when applicable.
