We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Due to the nature of research-grade peptides and strict regulatory and safety requirements, products cannot be returned, reused, or resold once shipped. Returned compounds cannot be reintroduced into our supply chain — this is a matter of safety and regulatory integrity, not a policy preference.
Your order may qualify for a replacement or refund if:

Email contact@monarchbiolabs.com within 7 calendar days of delivery (or your expected delivery date for lost orders).

Keep the products and original packaging while your claim is reviewed.
Contact us if your shipment appears missing. We review tracking records, delivery information, and any applicable carrier investigation before approving a replacement or refund. Missing-shipment claims should be reported within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s expected delivery date.
Do not return materials without written authorization from support. Opened, altered, relabeled, temperature-compromised, or otherwise uncontrolled materials cannot be restocked. Material integrity and lot traceability require controlled return handling.
Orders canceled before fulfillment because buyer qualification or intended use cannot be validated will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.
Subscription orders follow the same claim and refund rules as one-time purchases. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an existing order.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
