We source research materials through an Arizona-based supply partner and fulfill orders through our U.S.-based operation.
Yes. Every product we sell has a third-party Certificate of Analysis. Review the applicable Certificate of Analysis for the testing performed and results reported.
All compounds are ≥99% purity, HPLC-verified. Third-party Certificates of Analysis are available on every batch — contact us with your order number to request yours.

UPS 2–3 Day is $20, UPS Overnight is $65, and eligible orders of $300 or more receive free standard shipping. Available methods and final charges appear at checkout. Transit estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are not guarantees.
Yes. We email tracking information when it becomes available. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
No. We provide product specifications and available analytical documentation. We do not provide preparation, dosing, administration, medical, or veterinary guidance.
Qualified research customers may elect a recurring supply subscription on eligible products. The selected product is automatically reordered at the interval shown at signup, with a default interval of every 30 days, and billed at the displayed subscription price.
By enrolling, you authorize Monarch BioLabs and its payment provider to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled renewal. The total may include the subscription price, shipping, and required taxes. Each successful renewal creates a separate order confirmation.
Yes. If a renewal price changes, we will notify the email on your account at least 14 days before the next renewal. You may cancel before that renewal.
Use the available controls in My Account or contact us from the email address associated with your account at least 48 hours before the next scheduled renewal. No cancellation fee applies. Cancellation stops future renewals; orders already processed or shipped remain subject to our Return Policy and Subscription Terms.
No. Due to material-integrity, safety, and traceability requirements, products cannot be returned, reused, or resold once shipped.
Email contact@monarchbiolabs.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Keep the products and original packaging while we review your claim.
An order that has not been delivered within 14 business days of its ship date may qualify for review. Report a missing-shipment claim within 7 calendar days of the carrier’s expected delivery date and include your order number and tracking information.
